Shipping fees
- Free shipping for eligible orders over $49.99.
- Standard shipping: $6.90.
- Urgent shipping: $29.99, by air freight.
Available delivery services and charges for your destination are shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Our personalized pieces are made to order. Processing takes 3–7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Total delivery time is processing time plus the estimated shipping time below.
- Free and standard shipping: 10–25 business days after your order ships.
- Urgent shipping: 5–9 business days after your order ships, by DHL or another air-freight service.
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs, regional restrictions, carrier operations and weather can affect delivery.
Late or missing packages
If your package has not arrived by the upper end of the estimated shipping range, contact support@customizenames.com with your order number. We will investigate the delivery status and review any refund request under our Refund and Returns Policy. You can also contact us earlier if tracking shows a problem.
Destinations, taxes and duties
We ship worldwide, subject to regional delivery restrictions. If checkout does not offer delivery to your area, email us for help.
Import taxes, duties and customs fees are determined by the destination’s customs authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are not covered by Customize Names.
