# Customize Names

> Customize Names (customizenames.com) is an online store for made-to-order personalized jewelry, including name necklaces, engraved pendants, rings, and bracelets. Product pages describe the materials, finishes, sizes, personalization options, and prices available for each design.

Customize Names sells physical jewelry. Personalization options vary by product and may include names, initials, dates, or other text. Available choices and character limits are shown on the selected product page.

Materials and stones are product-specific. Listings include sterling silver, plated finishes, and stainless steel where stated. Consult the selected product page and variation for the stated base metal, finish, and stone information.

Production and shipping are separate. The shipping policy currently lists 3–7 business days for production, followed by estimated transit of 10–25 business days for free/standard shipping or 5–9 business days for urgent shipping. Urgent shipping does not shorten production. Destination availability, shipping eligibility, current fees, and delivery estimates are specified in the shipping policy and at checkout.

Prices, availability, personalization charges, and packaging options vary by product. Check the product page and checkout for packaging options and any applicable charges. Return and refund conditions, deadlines, and contact requirements are described in the return policy.
